When do you dispatch orders?

I aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 days.

Do you provide tracking for orders?

Yes, I aim to provide a tracking code for each order.

How long does international shipping take?

UK to EU shipping should take 1-2 weeks at most.

UK to USA/Canada should take 2-4 weeks.

Let me know if it’s taking longer for your order to arrive and I’ll look into it.

What happens if an order arrives damaged?

Please get in contact with me as soon as possible and I’ll look into it. I’ll require a photo of the damage as proof and then I can either provide a refund or I can work on a similar piece of artwork for you.

Do you provide refunds for customs charges?

No, I can’t offer that. Any customers in the EU will be responsible for the additional duties and taxes upon delivery. I have no control over the custom charges of your country.
